Doubled eyelid east of the primary eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: The mint mark is an RPM listed in the Wexler RPM Files as WRPM-004. Die scratch south from the right leg of the R in LIBERTY. NNW/SSE die scratch right of the eyelid. Reverse: Die scratch N by E from the upper right of the N in UNITED to the C in CENT.
