The 1986P-1DEO-002T Trail Die Obverse is a trail die obverse variety of the United States cent. This variety was discovered on the 1986 (P) Lincoln Memorial Cent, part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. Die markers: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – two die scratches are seen above WE. Reverse is MDS – die gouges are seen next to the S in PLURIBUS and the M in UNUM. This die was found by Louis Schaeffer.
