Description
Cataloged by the Wexler Team and cross-referenced as CONECA RPM #2, this 1960-D Roosevelt Silver Dime (WRPM-004) shows D/D North. Obverse die markers include several NNW/SSE die scratches between the Y of LIBERTY and the frontal hair. The reverse features a strong die scratch running south by east from the right-center of the flame to the left lower oak leaf. Struck at the Denver Mint in 1960 as one of the final silver Roosevelt Dimes before the 1965 composition transition, this coin is 90% silver and 10% copper, weighing 2.50 grams at 17.91 mm diameter. The CONECA RPM #2 cross-reference confirms independent verification by a second major attribution organization beyond the Wexler catalog.
