Description
A strong CCW spread shows on IGWT, LIBERTY, the date, the designer’s initials, and the lower queue. Die Markers: Obverse: A scratch runs ESE from under the vertical bar of the L in LIBERTY. A die scratch runs NE from the lower right of the B in LIBERTY. A short heavy die scratch runs SSE from the upper right R in TRUST. A die crack runs across the base of the bust. Reverse: A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing. Die gouges can be found between the lower D in UNITED and the first S in STATES. A die crack runs down the eagle’s left wing. A die crack runs from the US in PLURIBUS to the upper left wing. Obverse:
