Description

A close spread towards the center shows on IGWT, the date, and the bottom of the ribbon.Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: The reverse is an RPM variety listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1940-D 25¢ WRPM-001. It is a D/D South. A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing.
