Error
Description
A close Class II spread towards the center shows on the date, the designer’s initials, and slightly on IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: Two short, vertical die scratches can be found to the left of the lips. A NNW/SSE die scratch can be found to the left of the chin. Reverse: The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 1935 10¢ WDDR-001. A Class V CW spread from a pivot at about 7:00 shows on USA and the upper right branch and leaves. Two parallel die scratches run SSE from the bottom of the UN in UNUM.
