Description

Cataloged by the Wexler Team as 1934 25¢ WDDO-002 and cross-referenced as CONECA 2-O-I and Crawford CDDO-002, this Washington Silver Quarter exhibits a close Class I counterclockwise spread visible on IN GOD WE TRUST, the date, and LIBERTY — a rotational hub displacement where the secondary impression was rotated slightly CCW from the primary, creating separation that increases with distance from the rotation's center point. Obverse die markers include a die gouge to the right of the lower 1 in the date and a die gouge southwest of the Y in LIBERTY.
