The 2018 (D) Breast Cancer Awareness Commemorative Half Dollar is a commemorative half dollar struck at the Denver Mint. With a mintage of 11,301, this is a scarce commemorative issue. Part of the Breast Cancer Awareness three-coin program, this half dollar shares the same poignant design as the dollar. The obverse features two women — an older woman and a younger woman with a head scarf — with a butterfly flying above, while the reverse displays a Tiger Swallowtail butterfly in flight.
