Medium spread toward the Southeast produces an extra central doorway roof, left edge, and bottom window frame on VDDR-007, the seventh cataloged doubled die reverse on the 2012 Philadelphia Jefferson Nickel's Monticello design. Die markers carry provisional status — UVC-??? and DMR-00? — indicating that the Universal Variety Code and Die Marker Reference numbers had not been finalized at the time of cataloging, leaving these identifiers as placeholders for future assignment.
