Error
Description
Doubling shows as light extra thickness to the letters of LIBERTY. Notches show on the lower right ERTY of LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge (dot) shows at the bottom left side of the second zero in the date. Two die gouges (dots) can be found on the lower right side of the bust. Some strong die gouges show well to the left of the I of IN. Reverse: The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 2004 1¢ WDDR-025. Doubling shows on the center left side of the 7th column to the right of the upper statue. A die gouge can be found just to the left of the bottom of the 12th column. A die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the 12th column. A die gouge can be found below the right Memorial base. A die gouge can be found inside the upper C in CENT. A die gouge can be found well north of the C in CENT.
