Obverse markers include a die scratch north from the lower left inside of the O in GOD. The reverse shows E/W die scratches through the MON of MONTICELLO with lighter E/W scratches on the lower field, suggesting a systematic surface event such as die polishing. Struck at Denver in 1957, this nickel is 75% copper and 25% nickel, weighing 5.0 grams at 21.21 mm diameter.
