Description
A close spread towards the center shows on LIBERTY. An extremely close spread towards the center shows on the I of IN and the TR of TRUST.Die Markers: Obverse: Several die scratches run NE from the upper right of the 4 in the date. A die crack runs across the base of the bust. A SW/NE die crack can be found in the forehead. A die crack runs east from the top of the forehead into the hair. An E/W die crack can be found in the hair above the forehead. Reverse: A die gouge runs NE from the lower right of the E in UNITED. A die scratch runs SE from the leave above the R in QUARTER. A die crack runs east from the back of the eagle’s head. A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing.
