Description

Cross-referenced as Fivaz-Stanton FS-504, this VarietyVista-documented 1942-D Lincoln Wheat Cent exhibits a D/D Northwest displacement with a reverse die change documented mid-production. Die markers span two pairings: UVC-112 / DMR-005 covers Stage A at EDS (unconfirmed) and Stage B with medium secondary mintmark at MDS and reverse at LDS. Then UVC-113 / DMR-006 covers Stage C with weak secondary mintmark at LDS and reverse die changed to EDS. Stage D shows a very weak secondary mintmark at VLDS with reverse at MDS.
