Description
A very close CW spread from a pivot at about 12:00 shows on the date, the designer’s initials, slightly on IGWT, and the bottom of the ribbon.Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found to the right of the one in the date. Die scratches run east from the right side of the L in LIBERTY. A die scratch runs west from the top left side of the I in LIBERTY. Die scratches run east from the lower right side of the E in LIBERTY.
