Description

This 1939-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar is the primary doubled die obverse for the San Francisco Mint issue, cataloged as DDO-001 with die marriage DMR-002. The doubling exhibits a medium spread affecting the face, leaves and berries of Liberty's wreath, ERTY of LIBERTY, and IN GOD WE TRUST.
