The obverse features Liberty standing in a gateway between two walls, holding an olive branch and a shield and the reverse displays an eagle in flight. The 1923-S is a scarce issue in all grades and particularly challenging with the Full Head designation. Struck in 90% silver, 10% copper, weighing 6.3 grams, 24.3 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Produced 7 years after the celebrated 1916 key date. Across its variants, estimated values range from $26 to $4.1K depending on mint mark, grade, and strike type.
