1900-S VAM-12A Slanted Date, Die Break Star-U 12A III2 7- C3b (Slanted Date, Die Break Star-U) (189) Obverse III2 7 - Slight slant to date with 1 closest to rim. Reverse C3b- Die crack from left star thru top of U and up to rim with displaced field break above star and U to rim. '''Comments: # This obverse shared with [[1900-S VAM-12A, [[1900-S VAM-24, and [[1900-S VAM-24A (but NOT the [[1900-S VAM-12!) # The [[1900-S VAM-24, [[1900-S VAM-24A & the old [[1900-S VAM-12A all have some die breakage going on with the U in UNITED (& there is a good similarity). That does not mean they are the same die - the 24 and 24A are the same as each other but they are not the same as the 12A.
