Revised 2012 Brent Fogelberg 27 (revised) III2 15 - C3f (Doubled Second 9, Slanted date, High O Tilted Right, Die gouges wing) (181) Obverse III2 15 - Slanted date with second 9 doubled at lower left inside and outside of upper loop. Reverse C3f- III O mint mark set high and tilted very far to the right. Series of die gouges at eagle's left wing at upper inner wing and body junction, in the middle of the eagle's left wing and top of eagle's right wing near shoulder.
