Description
1886-P VAM-3 Doubled 1 Weak Discovered by George Mallis, July 1964. 3 (revised) III2 3-C3d (Doubled 1 Weak) Obverse III2 3 - 1 doubled below the crossbar. Closed 6. Some show a thin dash below second 8. Reverse C3d - Very slightly doubled at bottom inside towards rim of letters TATES OF AMERICA and couple leaves at top of right wreath. DPIS - Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments: 1886-P VAM-3 has no clash, 1886-P VAM-3A has 1 clash, and 1886-P VAM-3B has two clashs. Date is at the left edge of normal position.
