Description
Part of the 1921 Silver Dollar Anniversary Coins (2021 to Date) series, the 2025 (P) Peace Dollar is a dollar from the Philadelphia Mint. The U.S. Mint produced 114,241 examples, making this the lowest mintage among 3 mint variants, representing only 31% of total production. The obverse features classic Morgan or Peace Dollar designs faithfully reproduced and the reverse displays classic Morgan or Peace Dollar reverses faithfully reproduced. A modern issue from an era of rotating coin designs, collector-focused programs, and renewed interest in numismatic artistry. Philadelphia's mint — the nation's first — has produced coins without interruption since its founding in 1792. Estimated market value ranges from $1 to $279 depending on grade and condition. Struck in 99.9% silver, weighing 26.73 grams, 38.1 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #957342.
