Class VIII tilted hub doubling on STATES OF distinguishes this sixteenth doubled die reverse for the 2025 Philadelphia Mint Jefferson Nickel, attributed by Brian A. Ribar and cross-referenced as Wexler Variety ID 2025-P WDDR-016. Class VIII doubling results from an angular tilt between the hub and die during hubbing, producing rotational displacement that varies across the design. Reverse die markers include a die scratch inside U of UNITED, a die gouge to the lower right of I of MONTICELLO, and a die gouge to the lower portion of the right side of the building, while no obverse markers were noted.
