ErrorDescription
Doubling shows as extra blades of grass above the right end of the upper grass strip between the great egret and the great blue heron. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: A die gouge can be found south of the UN in UNITED. A die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the bottom of the I in UNITED. Obverse Stage B: LDS. All Stage A die markers abraded away. Die crack extends E from the designer's initials JF. Numerous die gouges above IN GOD. Reverse Stage A: A die chip can be found below the great blue heron’s eye. Reverse Stage B: Stage A die chips increased in size. Additional die chips on the beak, upper eye, and the back of the head and neck. Numerous die gouges below the heron's head.
