Found in a Silver Proof Set, the 2009-S Lincoln Bicentennial Cent DDR-002 is tracked by VarietyVista under UVC-2678 with DMR-003. This variety exhibits a medium spread and light hubbing to the north that manifests as an extra index finger — a visually arresting presentation where the doubling creates the illusion of an additional finger on the young Lincoln depicted in one of the four 2009 bicentennial reverse designs. VarietyVista notes that the spread is slightly stronger than on DDR-001, positioning this as the more pronounced of the two documented doubled die reverses for the date. Three die stages are cataloged: Stage A shows both reverse and obverse in Early Die State; Stages B (MDS) and C (LDS) remain unconfirmed.
