The reverse features the Scissortail Flycatcher in flight above a field of Indian Blanket wildflowers. The design celebrates Oklahoma's natural heritage and prairies. Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii. Final year of the 50 State Quarters Program. The DC and Territories program followed in 2009.
