Description
Medium spread West as an extra column #7 (hand to pedestal), slightly rotated CCW on the Lincoln Memorial reverse. Die tracking: UVC-3247, DMR-015. Stage A: reverse and obverse are EDS. Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed). Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed). The ghost column effect, where hub displacement creates a phantom architectural element alongside the original, is among the most visually striking DDR presentations on the Memorial Cent. Gasparro's twelve individually rendered columns provide an unmatched diagnostic surface for directional hub displacement. Cataloged by VarietyVista as the fourteenth DDR for 2002.
