Description
Doubling shows on the lower left side of the 7th Memorial column. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches extend SW from the T, R, and U of TRUST. Two die scratches extend SE from the O in GOD. A die scratch runs west from the upper back of the head. Two parallel die scratches extend NE from the center of the shoulder. A small die gouge can be found between the upper last two zeros in the date. Reverse: A heavy die gouge extends ESE from the statue’s left shoulder. A die scratch arcs to the south from the center right side of the 7th Memorial column. A die scratch runs from SW to NE through the right Memorial base. A die gouge can be found below and between the I and T of UNITED. A die gouge can be found on the roof of the Memorial north of the 5th column. A small die gouge can be found above and slightly right of the G of FG. Obverse:
