Description
Bar extended from the upper leg to the upper base to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found touching the upper right side of the second 9 of the date. A die chip can be found above the upper left side of the 7 of the date. Reverse: A die chip can be found to the left of the center of the I of AMERICA. A small die chip can be found under the right side of R of AMERICA. A die chip can be found over the top right corner of the E of E PLURIBUS. A die chip can be found above the L of PLURIBUS.
