Reaching Stage C late die state, 1994P-1DER-003WS is the third cataloged reverse trail die for the 1994 Philadelphia Lincoln Memorial cent. The WS suffix designates a wavy steps variety — one where the Memorial's staircase shows lateral displacement but without the pronounced trailing lines that earn the additional T designation. At LDS, the obverse shows no observed die markers, while the reverse carries die gouges on the bottom of the E in ONE.
