Listed as RPM-006 for the 1969-D Lincoln Memorial cent by VarietyVista with UVC-926 and DMR-007, this repunched mint mark variety is documented across three die stages with relatively sparse additional die markers. Stage A is cataloged as EDS but remains unconfirmed, indicating that while the variety's existence is established, the earliest die state specimens have not yet been photographically verified to attribution standards. Stage B confirms both obverse and reverse in mid die state (MDS), representing the primary reference condition for this variety. Stage C reaches LDS but likewise awaits confirmation. The pattern of a confirmed middle stage flanked by unconfirmed early and late stages is common in RPM documentation: mid die state coins are the most frequently encountered because they represent the largest portion of a die's productive output (early state coins are scarce because the die produces relatively few coins before entering mid state, while late state coins may be scarce if the die was retired before reaching advanced deterioration).
