Cataloged by the Wexler Team as 1964-D 10¢ WDDR-006, this Roosevelt Silver Dime exhibits a spread toward the center on USA, ONE DIME, E PLU, and the NUM of UNUM — a convergent doubling pattern where the secondary hub impression shifted inward relative to the primary, pushing the doubled image of each affected letter group toward the coin's center rather than toward the rim. This inward-directed spread is diagnostically significant because it produces doubling that appears on the interior side of the primary lettering, requiring careful examination to distinguish from die deterioration effects.
