Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA close spread toward the rim shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, decreasing from left to right. A very close spread toward the rim shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, and MON of MONTICELLO, decreasing from left to right. IBUS of PLURIBUS and UNUM also show a slight CCW spread from a pivot at K-7. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Short diagonal die gouge over the left side of the first U of PLURIBUS; die scratch from upper portion of C of AMERICA to the building above the second O of MONTICELLO; small die gouge (dot) over small right window.
