This triple die marriage is notable because it indicates the obverse die remained in service long enough to outlast two reverse dies, requiring two successive replacements. Under the first pairing (DMR-091, UVC-1080), Stage A carries an unconfirmed EDS classification, while Stage B reveals the obverse at MDS and the reverse already showing advanced deterioration: a die break at the left upper base at LDS, a die crack from the E of ONE to the C of CENT, and a die chip southeast from the middle bar of the E of ONE.
