Unusually diverse diagnostic points — text, eagle wings, and wreath stems — characterize DDR-010 on the 1960 Philadelphia Washington silver quarter. Light spread affects the lower portion of QUARTER DOLLAR, both wings of the heraldic eagle, and creates splits on both stems of the wreath.
