Description

S/S West Die Markers: Obverse: Small die gouge above the N of IN. Die scratch above the N of IN. Die scratch in the field at the edge of the back of the head. Die scratch runs from the upper lip south to the top of the chin. Die chip inside the upper 9 in date. Die scratch between the 1 and 9 of date. Reverse: Die crack on the right side wheat kernels of the right wheat stalk. Short die scratches show inside the upper and lower C of CENT. Die scratch runs south from inside the D of UNITED ending at the top of the M of AMERICA. Die scratch runs south from the M of AMERICA.
