1921-S VAM-1AS Clashed Obverse s, Scribbling Die Scratches #2 1AS IV 1 • D2a (Clashed Obverse s, Scribbling Die Scratches #2) (189) Obverse IV 1- Clashed die with partial incuse s of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge. Partial clashed n at neck has been removed with die file lines. Reverse D2a- Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle’s left wing and body. Die Marker- Diagonal die gouge above left bow ribbon. DPIS – In 1921 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments: Small dot on eagle's right wing on 7th outer feather from bottom.
