1904-S VAM-8 Doubled Profile, Far Date, 2 Olive Reverse Discovered by John Coxe, December 2006. 8 III2 2 · C4/C3c (Doubled Profile, Far Date, 2 Olive Reverse) (189) Obverse III2 2 - Date set further right than normal. Profile of Liberty head is doubled on forward hairline, forehead, nose, lips and chin. E PLURI U-UM doubled slightly on lower positions of letters toward rim. Reverse C4/C3c– Extra olive to right of olive connected to olive branch. Doubling at base of top, left and bottom olive leaf clusters, back of lower arrow head, middle feathers at top of eagle’s left wing and right side of eagle’s nostril and eye. Large V S mint mark set slightly high.
