1904-O VAM-10 Doubled Profile, O/O Discovered by Oscar Simpson, January 1977. Revised 2010. Revised November 2024 to remove reference to VAM 31 10 (revised) III2 24 • C4e (Doubled Profile, O/O) (181) Obverse III2 24 - Slightly doubled profile from bridge to tip of nose. Die marker - Diagonal scratch at bottom of T in LIBERTY. Reverse C4e - III O Mint mark set high and tilted left. Short curved spike bottom right outside of mint mark. Polishing lines in wreath center, olive branch leaves, eagle's tail feathers and wings. DPIS - C3/LE5 Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments: Same obverse as VAM 30 Die 1
