Eighth in the VarietyVista doubled die reverse catalog for the 2021 America the Beautiful Quarter, this variety shows a light spread toward the east appearing as an extra bottom edge of Washington's cuff — a subtler manifestation of hub misalignment compared to the medium spread documented on the earlier VDDR-001 for the same date. Documented under pending die stage codes UVC-???? and DMR-00?, the die progressed through three stages: Stage A with reverse and obverse at early-to-mid die state, Stage B in mid-die state (unconfirmed), and Stage C in late die state (unconfirmed). The 2021 ATB quarter represented the conclusion of the twelve-year America the Beautiful Quarters Program that honored national parks and sites across all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and the five U.S. territories.
