The 2014 (D) Presidential Dollar - Herbert Hoover, Position B was struck at the Denver Mint as a dollar in the Presidential Dollars 2007 to Date series. Total mintage reached 3.8 million. The obverse features rotating portraits of each U.S. president in order of service, released four per year, while the reverse displays the Statue of Liberty. Designed by Phebe Hemphill/Don Everhart. The Presidential Dollar Program (2007-2016, continuing with deceased presidents) issued dollar coins honoring each president in chronological order.
