This variety, attributed by Wyatt Mandevillegozum, is classified as Class VIII, Tilted Hub Doubling — the same classification that appears on several other Return to Monticello DDR varieties, suggesting that the new die production tooling for this reinstated design had a recurring tendency toward hub tilt during the die-sinking process. The diagnostic shows Class VIII doubling below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps of Monticello — the same architectural element affected in other tilted hub varieties on this design. Die markers include no significant obverse features, while the reverse displays a die gouge between M and the first O of MONTICELLO, providing a specific attribution fingerprint.
