Cataloged by the Wexler Team as 1964-D 25¢ WDDR-003, this Washington Silver Quarter presents a doubled die reverse that the attribution notes describe as "quite peculiar in that just a single leaf is doubled" — an unusually localized manifestation of hub doubling where the misalignment between hub impressions produced visible displacement on only one leaf within the reverse wreath design while leaving all surrounding elements unaffected. No additional cross-references to other cataloging systems are currently known, and no significant die markers have been reported for either the obverse or reverse.
