Among the more comprehensive doubled die reverses for the final silver Washington Quarter, this 1964-D DDR-008 displays medium spread affecting all rim lettering, wings, and wreath — an unusually broad distribution of doubling across multiple design elements. Die markers include UVC-1126 and DMR-022. Three die stages track the progression: Stage A with both reverse and obverse in early die state; Stage B at mid-die state (unconfirmed); and Stage C in late die state (unconfirmed). The confirmed early die state at Stage A offers the sharpest view of the medium spread across its many affected areas. The comprehensive doubling — spanning inscriptions, the heraldic eagle's wings, and the olive branch and arrows wreath — indicates substantial hub displacement that left virtually no reverse area unaffected.
