Description

Victor David Brenner's Wheat Cent reverse offers several distinct design elements where hub doubling can manifest, and this 1946-S WDDR-010 demonstrates doubling on one or more of those target areas. The reverse layout features two wheat ears curving upward along the left and right borders, ONE CENT centered between them, E PLURIBUS UNUM arching above, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA along the upper rim. Each element responds differently to hub displacement depending on the direction and magnitude of the misalignment.
